Round-leaved pyrola leaves, Emmett County, MI, July 2010
Pyrola have now been placed in the heath family; they were in the former Pyrolaceae. All have similar flowers. The leaves of this species are rounder and somewhat shiny, leathery, and the leaf stalks may be as long as or longer than the leaves.
